Shipping Charges — Customers With Accounts

For customers with current charge accounts, shipping within the Portland metropolitan area is free; the minimum amount for charge orders is $5.00. For our purposes, any address with a 972XX ZIP code is within the metropolitan area — this includes Portland, Milwaukie, Tigard, etc. We also offer free shipping for certain locations outside this area; these locations are:

Orders to other addresses are charged standard shipping rates.

Shipping Charges — Customers Without Accounts

For customers who have not established charge accounts with us, we normally add shipping charges to all orders. All orders totaling less than $25.00 are charged a flat $2.50 shipping and handling fee. Orders totaling $25.01 to $75.00 are charged at the rate of 10% of the merchandise total. All orders over $75.00 are charged shipping fees based on standard UPS rates, plus a $1.50 handling charge.

Shipping Charges for Online Business Products Orders

Because our online ordering system is not currently set up to apply shipping charges, any applicable charges will be added to your order after you've placed and confirmed it. As a result, your final charges may vary slightly from what you saw when submitting your order. (Shipping charges for online orders are calculated according to the policies detailed on this page.)
